SUBJ: Booth Assignments and Reduction/Cancellation of Exhibit Space
Dear SCAR 2003 Exhibitor,
Booth assignment letters will be mailed out the first week of March. Booth space must be paid in full to receive a booth assignment.
Exhibitor Service Kits to follow the week of March 10 from Champion Exposition Services.
If cancellation or reduction of exhibit space is made in writing and received at SCAR by February 28, 2003, 50% of the total booth fee will be refunded. If exhibit space is cancelled or reduced on March 1, 2003 or after, 100% of the booth fee will be retained by SCAR.
